DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy

Pikashow (“the App,” “we,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We take international copyright laws seriously and are dedicated to acting upon any DMCA actions. This policy lays out the process for copyright owners who believe that some of their work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes a violation of copyright, and what can be done about it.
Our App is a movie on-demand online streaming service, provides access to unlimited library-directed movies and original web series. Content stored here is for information solely and we take ownership seriously.

Our Stance on Copyright

Our policy is to consider notices of alleged copyright infringement which comply with applicable laws. As appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the claimed infringed material. Please understand that we take complaints of content hosted on third-party servers very seriously and if a valid complaint is received the link will be removed from our App.

How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and believe that any content available on the Pikashow App infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification. In order for your complaint to be justified in any way, you must include the following.

Required Information for a Takedown Notice

Please include the following information in your notice:
Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, email
Description of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. When more than one work is listed in any single notice, please provide a representative list.
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the App (and such description must be reasonably sufficient to enable us to find the alleged infringing material)
Good Faith Belief Statement: You attest that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
Statement of Accuracy: You certify that you are the owner of this material and confirm under penalty of perjury that any information is accurate(true) and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law.
If you fail to provide all the information asked for above, your notice will not be processed or may be delayed.

What Happens Next?

When we receive any claim and we determine that the report contains correct information, we will remove or disable access to the material claimed. Where possible, the user who posted the content will also be informed so that they can respond to the notice.
